Gema Manual Spray Units Increase Powder Coverage
Spray units feature high charging power for greater productivity.
Gema’s OptiFlex Pro Series manual spray units feature a high charging power of 110,000 V/110 µA, which the company says helps powder coaters achieve greater productivity by optimizing the coating process, increasing total powder coverage and achieving quicker finishes. The OptiCenter All-in-One powder center combines electrostatics and powder feeding, which is said to enable efficient, space-saving powder management for fast powder output response times and reliable coating quality. Other Gema products include automatic and manual powder spray guns and booths, powder pumping technology and powder management.
