CCAI partnered with Fabtech last year in Atlanta to establish a section of the show dedicated specifically to the finishing industry. Fabtech 2011 is expected to attract more than 1,200 exhibitors covering more than 450,000 square feet of exhibit space and more than 35,000 attendees from around the world. This year’s Finishing Pavilion will feature at least 50 percent more exhibitors and more than twice as much exhibit space as last year. Many returning exhibitors have doubled their space, allowing for more full-scale demonstrations on the show floor. It will be an unbeatable resource for companies looking to investigate new finishing equipment and materials or upgrade existing systems.
The Finishing Conference will feature 52 hours of technical programming, with sessions geared toward both finishing newcomers and industry veterans. Highlights include presentations on going green, energy and cost savings, and advancements in coatings technologies. All finishing processes will be covered, from powder and liquid coating to electrocoating and porcelain enamel.
Show attendees can register online for free until Nov. 11, by using Priority Code FB13; thereafter, there is a $50 registration fee. Finishing exhibitors also can provide free show tickets for on-site registration. CCAI members also are eligible for discounted registration for the Finishing Conference.
