That is a good question. I am not sure how you would go about buying a small quantity of it, especially with the number of environmental regulations surrounding it. Most of my experience with this is in an industrial setting (drum quantities). Possibly you could order some through a scientific supply catalog. You could also check directly with the manufacturer. To the best of my knowledge, the only manufacturers of thrichloroethylene today are DOW and PPG.
