Columbia Chemical has added a new lab chemist and a customer service representative.

Lab chemist Christian Kissig most recently served as a research technologist at the Cleveland Clinic.  He earned a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Chicago, where he was a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant, and an NIH Fellow. Kissig also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ACS Chemistry from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he received numerous academic awards.  In his position at Columbia, Christian ensures product quality is maintained at its highest possible level and serves as a contributing member of the research and development team.  Additionally, he assists the technical service team with sample analysis and reporting the corresponding results to customers so they can properly maintain their plating facilities.

Customer Service Representative Natalie Del Guidice brings five years of retail and business-to-business marketing, buying and merchandising experience to Columbia.  A graduate of Kent State University, Del Guidice works with existing and prospective customers, processing orders, arranging cost effective logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction for her accounts in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Additionally, she is a member of the Health and Wellness Committee and the Environmental Committee at Columbia.  She is DOT certified and earned her IATA and IMDG international shipping certifications.
