He said the Angler acquisition will increase DuBois market share in the Northeast while expanding access to Angler’s metal working fluids and specialty cleaning products to a broad international market.

“We have great respect and admiration for the business and reputation developed by Angler and we are very pleased to have such an excellent opportunity to invest and grow in the Northeast," Welsh said. "We look forward to continuing and building upon Angler’s well earned reputation for outstanding customer support in their targeted markets.”

The addition of Angler to the DuBois portfolio expands manufacturing and laboratory capabilities, while offering the potential to further extend DuBois surface treatment and cleaning solutions to the Angler sales team and customer base.

"We are personally delighted about the merger with Dubois Chemicals. They provide an excellent growth opportunity for our employees well into the future. Their business philosophy, product lines and technical resources complement and expand our potential capabilities. We look forward to working in conjunction with DuBois to offer our customers the best services available in the industry" said Wes Schluter, former owner and partner in Angler Industries.

It also opens new arenas for our customers in waste water treatment, lubrication and cooling tower treatments as well as adding synergy between metalworking product lines. We're looking forward to exciting opportunities for our employees and customers," said John Offredi, also a former owner and partner in Angler Industries.
