The Metal Finishing Association of Southern California has announced the departure of Dan Cunningham as Executive Director after he accepted a position with Bowman Plating, a member company.
LaVaughn Daniel, President of the MFASC and Environmental and Safety Manager with Danco Metal Surfacing, said the group has begun the search process to secure a replacement.
“We are grateful to Dan for over 17 years of dedicated service; it’s great that he is remaining in the industry and will continue to be involved in the association,” Daniel says, who added that the MFASC board will work with administrative assistant Veronica Anderhalt to maintain support services to members until a new director is in place.
Daniel said the group is seeking a dynamic, motivated professional to work in the Los Angeles area who has experience in marketing, sales and promotions; regulation and advocacy experience is a plus for the position.
