The National Association for Surface Finishing's Washington Forum (April 24-26) has added former EPA chief Carol Browner as a featured speaker.
As the longest-serving EPA Administrator, Browner worked closely with the surface finishing industry during the Clinton Administration on the Metal Finishing "Strategic Goals" Program. She most recently served as an assistant to President Obama and director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy.
Browner is a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress, and serves as a Senior Counselor of Albright Stonebridge Group and on the Board of the League of Conservation Voters.
Other speakers include commentators Charlie Cook of The Cook Political Report and Andy Friedman, founder of The Washington Update.
