Leading off SUR/FIN's 80 conference presentations is the Monday keynote by deaf-blind advocate, adventurer and storyteller, Bill Barkley. Tuesday's keynote will be given by Al McGee, Supply Base Manager of Enterprise Supply Management for John Deere.
