2017 NASF Leadership Conference

More than 100 members from around the country attended last year’s event to reconnect and discuss a diverse range of topics, including the latest developments in manufacturing and production, crisis management and ongoing regulatory challenges.
This year the NASF welcomes Mr. Lee Cockerell as the keynote speaker for the 2017 Leadership Conference. Mr. Cockerell is the former Executive Vice President of Operations for the Walt Disney World Resort. As the Senior Operating Executive for ten years, Lee led a team of 40,000 cast members and was responsible for the operations of 20 resort hotels, 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, a shopping and entertainment village and the ESPN sports and recreation complex, in addition to the ancillary operations supporting the world’s number one vacation destination.
Lee will speak and engage audience participation on several executive and management topics, including “How to Deliver World Class Customer Service” and “Increasing Your Productivity in Business and Life.”
The NASF has planned a complete agenda of timely informative updates including “What the Finishing Industry Can Expect from the New White House and Congress” as well as new initiatives from the NASF that provide members an advantage in 2017.
NASF has negotiated the room rates starting at $379 per night La Playa Resort for the duration of the Leadership Conference. To receive the special rate when booking your room select the dates you plan to book in the interactive calendar and enter group code 10Q0I2 (one, zero, capital q, zero, capital i, two) in the “Group Code” box in the left column, then press the “Check Availablity” button.
The group rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the official conference dates. The resort requires a one night’s room and tax deposit with each individual reservation. Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 3, 2017. Individuals canceling less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
