Rodger Talbert

Rodger Talbert has been working in coatings and metal fabrication for more than 37 years. He has worked for a custom coater as vice president of sales and marketing, a company that designs and builds coating systems as a senior sales engineer and he ran his own consulting firm for over 18 years. He was the technical director and executive director of The Powder Coating Institute (PCI) from 2009 until 2012, when he took a position with TCI Powder Coatings as the company’s field technical director.
