The Aluminum Anodizers Council has extended the deadline from its initial Call for Student Posters to be displayed at the Twentieth Annual International Anodizing Conference.

The Aluminum Anodizers Council has extended the deadline from its initial Call for Student Posters to be displayed at the Twentieth Annual International Anodizing Conference. The new deadline for receipt of abstracts describing the student work to be presented in the poster session is March 1, 2011.

The Council is seeking student contributions reflecting a range of anodizing-related subjects to ensure that delegates are offered the most innovative, timely, and relevant content in the anodizing industry today. The AAC Poster Session provides a forum where students engaged in electrochemistry, metallurgy, chemistry, materials science, and related engineering disciplines may present their research in surface science, surface treatment, electrochemical finishing, and other relevant technologies to an interested audience of industry professionals.

Students are encouraged to visit the Call for Posters page of the Anodizing Conference website at AACconf.org for additional details, or contact AAC at mail@anodizing.org.
