Able Electropolishing, a Chicago-based provider of metal electropolishing, passivating and titanium anodizing services, has gained certification in ISO 13485:2003 and successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Scott Potter, sales manager, says the certification details the company’s ability to provide medical equipment manufacturers with metal parts of the highest standard in safety and quality.
The certification was granted following a review of Able’s equipment, facilities, staff and other factors indicative of the company’s quality control and production capabilities. It is valid for two years.
