Abtex Corp. has created the Abtex Deburring Systems Group to help customers streamline their deburring operations through the use of machine vision, robotics and other automation technologies.

The Deburring Systems division will help customers smoothly integrate Abtex's deburring equipment into existing operations for efficiency. Well-designed systems provide manufacturers a wide range of benefits, from enhancing the flow of multiple operations to deburring multiple surfaces of a part in a single step, according to Abtex owner and president Mark Fultz.

"For many manufacturers, additional efficiency and cost-savings are just an innovative system away," Fultz says.

The new division will be headed by Abtex executive Jason Saner, whose manufacturing experience includes operations, sales, and sales management on both national and international levels.

Saner, who has been with Abtex since July of 2013, is a graduate of LeMoyne College and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business. He and his family live in Branchport, New York.
