AkzoNobel Powder Coatings has acquired 100 percent of a joint venture in South Africa originally formed more than 40 years ago between Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings South Africa (Pty) Ltd. and Freeworld Coatings (through its Plascon subsidiary).
