Brian Isola has been appointed vice president of sales by Arlington Plating Co. A surface finishing industry veteran, Isola holds over thirty years of manufacturing experience in decorative and functional plating, anodizing and metal stamping operations.
Prior to joining Arlington Plating, Isola was the director of sales and marketing for Chem-Plate Industries in Elk Grove, Illinois. Previously, he was the director of sales and marketing development for S&D Products (Barlett, Illinois), and served as vice president of sales and marketing for the Chicago Anodizing Company, and held a number of sales management positions at Pioneer Metal Finishing (Green Bay, Wisconsin).

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Isola is an active member of the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI). He has also held memberships with the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF), Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA), and Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). Isola earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and has volunteered for several charities and youth sports organizations.
