NanoFusing LLC will combine its dispersing process with Zyvex Technologies’ Kentera technology to produce custom nano-enhanced concentrates and products for original equipment manufacturers. The first application for this partnership is expected to be with a large automotive supplier that produces engine and drive train components for commercial vehicle manufacturers. The nano-enhanced coatings are expected to be used to make tougher, more fuel-efficient semi-trucks and reliable engines.
NanoFusing is a subsidiary of APV Engineered Coatings, an Ohio paint and coatings manufacturer, and Zyvex is an Ohio-based molecular nanotechnology company.
