Dymax Corp. is integrating into its operations Bomar Specialties Inc., a supplier of advanced-performance materials for energy (UV/EB), light, and other free-radical cure applications. Dymax co-founded Bomar in 1990 and then acquired 100 percent ownership in 2001. Bomar will transition to Dymax Oligomers & Coatings, but the Bomar name will be retained as one of its brands.
