The six-page document addresses both polyvinylidene fluoride liquid paint coatings and anodize finishes for a variety of products, including aluminum railings, metalwork, frames, louvers, sun screens, roof and wall panels, doors and entrances, windows and skylights, storefronts, and curtain walls.

It includes a general section with references for industry-specific standards, minimizing liability, quality assurance, warranties and instructions for proper delivery, storage and handling; a products section with acceptable applicators and shop-applied finishes; and an execution section that addresses adjusting for touch-up, cleaning after installation and developing a schedule for shop-applied finishes.
