Hubbard-Hall Inc. announces two new additions to its team bringing engineering and marketing expertise to the company.

With a chemical engineering degree and 21 years’ experience at Domino Sugar, Liz Mendonca joins Hubbard-Hall as production manager for the company’s Connecticut operations. In her previous job, Mendonca worked with shipping, processing, warehousing and maintenance. According to the company, this breadth of experience and an engineer’s training means she will have an immediate impact on Hubbard-Hall’s manufacturing and tank farm operations.

Shelley Panek joins the company as the new marketing manager. Her background includes event management, print and digital communications, developing lead generation campaigns and analytics. Panek joins the team with experience in traveling to events nationally and internationally, managing budgets and analyzing ROI as well as experience in various marketing and communications campaigns.

“I am excited about joining the Hubbard-Hall team because in addition to a rich history, this organization has a staff that is truly passionate about their work,” Panek says. “The marketing manager position allows me to utilize my breadth of experience, creativity and energy in a dynamic environment in a role that is vital to the company’s continued success.”
