Fiber Glass Industries Inc. (FGI, Amsterdam, N.Y., USA) is seeking a Midwestern Sales Representative. Candidate must live in the Midwest USA region with the ability to travel the region often. FGI has been supplying a variety of composites manufacturers for more than 50 years.
- Develop new accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributers
- Assist customers with development and troubleshooting of products and needs
- Gain a thorough understanding of territory including current accounts, competitors and prospects and develop a plan for growth.
- Develop account goals and business plan with customer
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or fiberglass composite hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Three years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals
- Strong presentation, analytical, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability and interest in working with people.
- High-energy self-starter who understands and sells product and service value FGI offers
