The Top Shops in the Products Finishing Top Shops Benchmarking Survey say that 85 percent of their customers account for 80 percent of their overall sales. All other shops say that 60 percent of their customers account for 80 percent of their sales. The mean was 72 percent, and the median was 80 percent.
