The added line is a fully automated basket or barrel processing line that will allow Parker Trutec Urbana to achieve tight industry standards for CR, HR and AL substrates. This new line features 6,000-lb.-rated hoists and processing tank parameters of 68 × 60 × 56 inches. Additionally, the new line has the capabilities of an acid station (if needed) along with the option for parts to be dried or dipped in rust preventive oil depending on customer requirements.
