The No. 804 1,100°F electric walk-in oven from Grieve is designed for heat treating and curing paint and varnish. With work space dimensions of 9 × 9 × 9 ft, the oven features 240 kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 20-hp recirculating blower provides 24,500 cfm combination airflow to the workload. It also features a Type 304, 2B-finish stainless steel interior; an inner door gasket that seals directly against the door plug and an outer gasket that seals directly against the front face of the oven; safety equipment for handling flammable solvents; and an 8-inch insulated floor with truck wheel guide tracks.
