The Pulse Jet system is designed for the collection of fine dusts and fumes from plasma cutting, laser welding and shot blasting operations. Each dust collector is custom-engineered to a specific pressure or vacuum. The products have bottom bag access or top-clean air-plenum access designs. Dust collectors have no internal moving parts and maintenance is said to be minimal. Cartridges are designed to be replaced quickly and workers are not exposed to dusts. The timer is field-adjustable for pulse duration and interval and can be equipped to pulse only as required. Systems are said to emit low noise and low vibration. Dust Collectors are manufactured in stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, aluminum and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP.) Systems are provided turnkey, with fail-safe final filter, automatically-actuated damper control for constant air volume, and control instrumentation for bag differentials, temperature, current draw, and hopper dust levels.
