The WA 800 automatic spray gun features a quick-change adapter plate for robotic operations. The adapter plate ensures quick removal of the spray gun for maintenance or cleaning purposes. The plate has bores and ducts for atomizing air, control air, wide jet input air and material input so that the hoses do not have to be disconnected and the gun can be replaced within seconds. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel.
For added flexibility, it is available in a version with internal control and a version controlled externally. It is also available in a wide selection of variations: conventional, HVLP, medium pressure, re-circulating, and version designed for applying adhesives.
