Ernst Reinhardt’s barrel coating device is designed to coat such parts as fine-threaded fasteners, recessed parts and tube nuts. The coating process takes place in a closed cabin with temperature and humidity control, and it offers soft material handling and low drop heights for improved coating application.
According to the company, the device eliminates residual paint in recesses, resulting in constant torque curves on defined screw connections. Other cost-saving benefits include less frequent cleaning of barrels, optimized exhaust air volume in the coating area and reduced volume of the lacquer dipping tank.
