Compatible with high solids and abrasive industrial materials, Binks’ Airless 75 spray gun is made with a forged, anodized aluminum body and features a thick-walled, stainless steel fluid tube. The gun’s needle design was developed to keep the spring out of the fluid’s path, and packings are adjustable for longer life.
The spray gun is available in two versions. One model features an external stainless steel fluid tube with optional heat guard that enables use of heated coatings up to 175°F (79°C). On the direct-connect model, the fluid hose attaches directly to the gun, enabling the use of high solids and high viscosity materials.
