Bowman, a K Alpha company, introduces the L Series XRF analyzer unit that serves the metal finishing industry with a chamber volume size 600-percent larger than other Bowman units. The unit is designed for electroplated coating thickness measurement on products such as large fasteners, large hardware, plumbing fixtures and products of similar size.

The unit features automatic Z control with an axis travel of 10", a programmable base with XY travel of 10" × 10" and a precision of 0.0004". Chamber dimension measure 11" × 22" × 24". The unit also features quick plug-and-play access to the main measurement head and requires one USB cable connection.
