PKG Equipment uses forming machines and butt welders to produce plastic tanks designed to withstand corrosion, high temperatures and rugged shop use. These tanks are stronger and more durable than hand-welded plastic tanks, the company says. Depending on the application, plastic tanks may be fabricated from homopolymer polypropylene, copolymer polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PVDF or Teflon. The company fabricates storage tanks, chemical process tanks, rinse tanks, plating tanks, cone-bottom tanks, push-pull tanks, continuous strip process tanks, recirculation tanks and pickling tanks. It also supplies molded HDLPE tanks and XLPE tanks.
