According to the company, the roller’s dielectric coating is nearly three times higher than the typical voltage at the electrode, enabling continuous operation at 300°F without degradation, which results in extended service life.

The durable corona treater cover features stable, long-term electrical properties, and offers improved cut and abrasion resistance. It can produce a variety of coating thicknesses and tight-tolerance finishes with roughness as low as 15 Ra.
