The company will promote its LeanJet RB-2, designed to fit into existing work cell areas and smaller production environments. The immersion cleaning system uses the company’s patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, rotation, and hydraulic purging through immersion to process two baskets of parts per cycle, up to 20 baskets per hour. The unit is also equipped with a heated blow-off for part drying. The RB-2 processing carriage can be easily modified to accommodate much larger parts if needed. The company’s triple action batch cleaning process was developed to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages. In addition, the parts washer is designed to be equipped with ultrasonics if dictated by cleanliness specifications. The totally enclosed self-ventilating process chamber ensures that the operator is not exposed to vapors or mists found in other cleaning processes.
