Perma Pass 3300
Perma Pass 3300 from Enthone is a post treatment system for zinc and zinc alloy processes. The process delivers corrosion performance comparable to chromates and cobalt-based thick film passivates. the product's versatility makes it appropriate for use with acid, or alkaline-cyanide-free zinc, as well as with zinc-iron and zinc-nickel alloy processes. It also has a high tolerance to zinc build up for extended operating life. Parts treated with Perma Pass 3300 exhibit a bright appearance and can have a film thickness range of 100 to 500 nm, the company says, adding that the product also meets RoHS guidelines and IMDS registration.
