Graco says its ProMix 2KE plural component proportioning system, designed for multi-color, two-component spray finishing applications, offers the same on-ratio assurance and advanced reporting system as more sophisticated systems, but is smaller and more affordable.
The entry-level system is capable of handling most coatings, including acid-catalyzed, solvent-borne and waterborne epoxies and polyurethanes, with flow rates as high as 1 gpm (3.8 L/min.).
The proportioner also features pump- and meter-based system configurations. The pump-based system integrates Merkur pumps or Merkur Bellows pumps for moisture-sensitive catalyst applications. The meter-based system has single and three-color configurations, optional sequential and dynamic dosing, and a maximum fluid working pressure of 4,000 psi when using a high-pressure hose kit.
