Coventya’s Performa 3S selective separation system is designed to prevent anodic oxidation by separating the anolyte and the plating solution in alkaline zinc-nickel plating, reducing the formation of carbonate and sulfate. The company says this system will reduce operating costs by 40 percent, as well as increase alloy uniformity across all current densities, increase corrosion resistance after thermal shock and increase plating speeds from reduced organic breakdown.
