Automatic Disc Dispenser
This custom die cutting system allows OEM and job shops to make low volume, high variability masking die cuts in house. The Roland CAMM—1 GX-24 has been adapted with the technology to create custom die cuts for flat surface, high temperature masking applications. The plotter/cutter sits on a desk or on an optional stand. It is compatible with most CAD programs and drawing software and outputs just like a printer.
For standard die-cuts, Mighty Hook now features the new Automatic Disc Dispenser as well. Photo electric controls are set for particular size and when last disc/die cut is removed, a new roll is dispensed on the adjustable strip plate. No tools are required for adjusting for different sizes and it automatically rewinds liner scrap.
