Offering durability, large memory and user-friendly analysis software, CAS DataLoggers’ oven temperature profiling data logger is designed specifically for through-process and surface coating applications. It also connects with a range of Type-K thermocouple probes to consistently meet specified cure parameters, ensuring repeatable quality and maximizing oven usage and throughput.
The compact system includes a six-channel, battery-operated temperature data logger, HD thermal barrier, advanced analysis software, and an option for fast-response surface and air temperature probes. A stainless steel thermal barrier insulates the data logger from paint and finishing oven temperatures as high as 250°C (482°F) for as long as 50 min. A phase change insert can be added to the barrier to extend operation at 250°C to a full 100 min.
The data logger can store as many as 250,000 readings and supports high sample rates ranging to 8 samples/sec. A built-in USB interface also enables communication with a PC for setup and download of stored data. Also included with the system is PaintView setup and data analysis software, a spreadsheet-style software package exclusively for the paint and finishing industry that provides rapid interpretation of results for advanced paint cure calculations, and graphic analysis of historical and online data, along with advanced reporting.
