Now available with 4- or 6-channel loggers, the EasyTrack2 profiling system is for use by custom coaters for verification of cure specifications, guarantee of product quality, and reduction of energy costs. The system features a sampling interval of 0.5 sec and accuracy of ±0.9°F (±0.5°C)—so users can identify process changes quickly and easily. It also features data loggers with two-button operation for ease of use, a tough casing to withstand the rigors of the shop floor, a lightweight thermal barrier with both ceramic insulation and a heat sink, MicroMag thermocouples that fit into the smallest recesses, and Datapaq’s insight software.
