DuoBear rigid box liner
Goad Co., a manufacturer of process tanks and tank lining contractor, has developed an innovative, double-barrier, “box liner” for demanding solutions and chemistries. Goad says its DuoBear (Double Barrier) rigid liners combine containment features with easy and reliable full tank leak monitoring.
DuoBear liners are constructed of a high impact PVC outer shell using plastic welding, and then lined with Koroseal flexible PVC using the company's N-Fuze lining technology to provide maximum process solution containment. The fully bonded lining takes advantage of “infused” machine corner welds on large or full size radio frequency welded panels, and molded corner inserts which allow for continuous machine welding and double protection for the flexible lining’s inner bottom corners.
