Rapid Engineering features ovens with fully modulating burners with a 40:1 turndown ratio that use direct-fired burners. Constructed to NFPA standards, the oven is designed to offer increased energy efficiency. It is said to help facilitate maximum air coverage, lower oven temperatures and better temperature balance thanks to an internally powered air seals and vestibules that help minimize heat loss and increase energy efficiency.

The dry-off ovens help reduce energy costs by decreasing drying times as a result of high impingement duct systems. The cure ovens have an efficient air distribution without excessive air turbulence. Flexibility of ovens can be provided by a variety of heat sources and mounting configurations. Each oven is custom designed to meet specific requirements and budgets.

These dry-off and cure ovens can be ideal for parts drying after pre-treatment or washing; solvent, powder and water-based paint curing; plastics and adhesive curing, as well as pre-heat for out gassing, tempering and stress relieving applications
