The dust collectors handle airflows of 5,000 - 50,000 cfm and use PowerCore filter packs. According to the company, one filter pack replaces up to 20 eight-foot baghouse bags and up to three standard, round cartridges. Fewer filters also mean reduced maintenance and downtime, the company says.

The dust collectors’ single hopper option and single air inlets/outlets are designed to reduce ducting, installation and material handling costs. They also include a zero-turn pulse cleaning system, which forces dust directly down into the hopper and decreases the chance of re-entrainment on adjacent filters.
