Therma-Tron-X Econ-E-Coat
The Therma-Tron-X Inc. Econ-E-Coat is an energy efficient, portable coating system that ships in a 15 × 15 × 70-ft semi-trailer load, and is specifically designed to be moved many times during its life. It offers an Indexing monorail carousel load/unload conveyor loop linked with TTX’s patented SlideRail Square Transfer, SST, material handling system. Each system can be designed to match exact process needs. The 9 - 12 stage immersion or spray coating process consists of a pretreatment, e-coat and post rinse zones followed by a bottom entry cure oven.
