The Elcometer 224 digital surface profile gage is available with either an integral or separate probe with a replaceable tungsten carbide tip that can be used for as many as 20,000 readings.
Said to be suited for most rugged environments, the gage features a 2.4-inch color display and a user-friendly menu; a high-speed reading rate of 50+ per minute with live trend graph and readings batch graph for instant analysis; temperature-stable measurements; and memory capacity for as many as 150,000 readings in 2,500 batches, measuring profiles up to 500 µm (20 mils).
