Ernst Reinhardt GmbH’s drum coating device is designed to coat a variety of parts, including fine-threaded fasteners, recessed parts and tube nuts. The coating process is completed in a closed cabin with temperature and humidity control.
According to the company, the device offers improved coating application and no residual paint in recesses, resulting in constant torque curves on defined screw connections. Optimized exhaust air volume in the coating area is designed to decrease costs associated with air purification. Reduced volume of the lacquer dipping tank enables increased turnover and decreased storage costs.
