Exair’s external-mix spray nozzles combine liquid and compressed air to atomize fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of applications, including coating and painting. They can be used on liquids with a viscosity as much as 800 cp. When used with water, the nozzles also can evenly cool hot items in automated processes. Because they are external mix, airflow and liquid flow can be controlled independently, offering more precise liquid flow.
With stainless steel construction that adds to their durability and corrosion resistance, the nozzles are available in a variety of round or flat flow patterns and rates. Internal-mix and siphon-fed atomizing nozzles are also available, as are no-drip versions of all Exair atomizing nozzles.
