Hubbard-Hall says its Metal Guard 560 offers 200 hours of salt spray protection over black oxide coatings—twice the corrosion protection of competing products. The thin-film coating is formulated to rapidly displace moisture on the metal surface and leave a continuous, hydrophobic film. It has a low odor and can penetrate hard-to-reach places.

Metal Guard can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing, and its light color prevents it from staining the surface on which it is applied. It is well-suited for protecting against rust and corrosion on automobile parts, metal stampings, firearms and virtually any metal surface.
