Lechler’s Gyro free-spinning tank cleaning nozzle is designed to clean medium- to large-size tanks ranging from 10 to 20 ft in diameter. It is built from 316 grade stainless steel and contains polytetrafluoroethylene bearings, designed to be easy to replace and to extend the nozzle’s service life. With its increased flow capacities, the nozzle can effectively clean while operating at lower inlet pressures, the company says.

The combination of flow capacity, free-spinning design, and movement and impact of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzle suitable for cleaning tanks used in such applications as grain processing, ethanol production, chemical storage, headbox cleaning in paper machine production and brewery processing. Its self-lubricating and self-cleaning features also make it suited for clean-in-place processing.
