Hardwood Line says its fourth-generation, PLC-controlled Rinsemaster rinse system with receiving tank, which it will display at SUR/FIN, requires less water than traditional counterflow rinse tank systems, and parts leave the system with a fresh water spray, which decreases cross-contamination and chemical-replacement costs.

Hardwood Line says its fourth-generation, PLC-controlled Rinsemaster rinse system with receiving tank, which it will display at SUR/FIN, requires less water than traditional counterflow rinse tank systems, and parts leave the system with a fresh water spray, which decreases cross-contamination and chemical-replacement costs. It can be retrofitted to a current line or offers a smaller footprint on a new line.

Hardwood also will display a new 24-Vac motorized tandem barrel with variable speed control.
