MecWash high-performance, aqueous component cleaning systems are now available in North America and will be on display at PCx 2011. Founded in the United Kingdom in 1993, MecWash machines are designed to meet the most complex cleaning challenges. With five models to choose from (Solo, Duo, AVD, Midi, and Maxi), the machines employ sophisticated ultrasonics, rotational flood washing, aqueous vapor degreasing, vacuum dry, and dedicated jetting for components with deep blind passages.

the company asserts that many of the world’s most respected manufacturers have installed MecWash cleaning systems—Arvin Meritor, Black & Decker, Cosworth, Dana, Delphi, Honeywell, Meggitt Aerospace, Parker, Rolls Royce, and TRW to name a few.
