OMG Electronic Chemicals will display its high speed, organically brightened lead- and cadmium-free medium phosphorus electroless nickel bath. The 9189, a RoHS- and ELV-compliant, stain-resistant system is designed to deposit consistent brightness throughout its extended bath life. The process is pH regulating, has excellent solution stability, works well with both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys and will provide a long life on aluminum, OMG says, adding that 9189 is field proven with current application in the automotive, connector and electronics markets.
