The MemOSpray from Lechler is an intelligent nozzle system for surface treatment designed to replace clamp-on nozzle assemblies with the added advantage of maintaining a pre-set spray direction.
With other ball joint clamp-on systems, the spray direction has to be reset after each disassembly of the ball joint, the company says. However, with this system, the nozzle is part of the cap, not the ball. As a result, once the desired spray orientation is set, the special ball bayonet base can be locked into place. Therefore, the nozzle/cap can be removed or attached without affecting spray direction.
The MemOSpray is designed to work either with a standard Lechler Easy Clip clamp base and retainer cap (where the ball bayonet base replaces the nozzle ball); or as a separate assembly with an eyelet clamp which completely surrounds the header pipe. The nozzle/cap comes in a wide range of flow rates and is easily removed or attached with a quick quarter turn by hand.
